I, Alexander Hu, the owner of the company, have been a lawyer since 2010. I started a real estate law firm in 2016 because I am passionate about helping people navigate the complex world of real estate transactions. I have always been drawn to the industry and have dedicated my career to mastering the legal aspects of buying, selling, and owning property. I believe that everyone should have access to expert guidance and representation when making such important decisions.
I and my team are constantly growing, improving, and adapting to the changing market. In the past few years, our business has changed significantly, and we have implemented new risk management and customer services. We have noticed that traditionally, most people buy and sell homes in the spring and autumn, and winter tends to be the slowest period as people generally avoid moving in the winter. Since COVID/2020, however, the busy periods have become less predictable. The summers of 2020 and 2021 were among the busiest periods we have ever had, while the summer of 2022 was very slow.
Unusually, for a law firm, we are also “paperless.” We do our best to use digital means for all communications, documentation, and record-keeping. Our office also has an energy conservation policy (for example, motion sensor lights) and a recycling program (paper, plastics, etc. We also practice battery and electronics recycling).
